
1 lb seitan, strips
1/2 onion, sliced into half rounds
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
1 bell pepper, seeded and sliced thin
2 carrots, sliced
2 celery stalks, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 TBSP tamari and 1 TBSP brown sugar, combined
Heat a large, sprayed wok. Add the ingredients in order listed, stirring for 1 minute after each addition. Serve over rice.
